Mark Bardsley has left Alpine Woods Capital Investors, manager of Alpine Municipal Money Market Fund. Barsley is now with Toronto-based Guardian Group of Funds.
Viktoria Baklanova has been promoted to Senior Director of Fitch Ratings. Baklanova, who moved over from Moody's Investors Service a year ago, took over management of Fitch's Fund Ratings unit in September.
