Daniel Cullen is new head of brokerage sales and Scott Anderson is new broker dealer marketing manager at The Reserve. Cullen reports to sales and marketing MD Eric Lansky and Anderson reports to marketing VP Maureen O'Brien.
Robert Foley joined Robert Galusza in managing Fidelity Short-Term Bond funds. He replaces Andrew Dudley, who left in February.
Chris Proctor has been hired by Oppenheimer Funds as a VP and senior research analyst. He will report to Carol Wolf, portfolio manager and head of the money market group.

GAMCO Investors Inc., manager of Gabelli U.S. Treasury Money Market Fund, has named Ronald Eaker Co-Portfolio Manager of the fund. According to Gabelli's website, the fund "seeks to provide high current income consistent with the preservation of principal and liquidity.... The Fund currently has in excess of $1.1 billion in assets under management," says Gabelli. (The fund currently does not report to Crane Data, so is not listed in our rankings.)
BlackRock announced that Paul Audet has been named Vice Chairman, overseeing the company's global Real Estate and Cash Management businesses. Audet has been "head of the Company's global Cash Management business since 2005" says a press release.
Curtis Arledge has joined BlackRock as Managing Director and co-head of U.S. Fixed Income, and will be responsible for managing fixed-income portfolios "with an emphasis on non-agency asset-backed and mortgage-backed securities," said the company.
